All claims for queen bee issues must be submitted within 21 days of receipt. Claims relating to Royal Mail delays must be made within 7 days, otherwise we cannot claim with Royal Mail.
Evidence in the form of photographs is required (where applicable) — without this, your claim will be void.
Please note: Non-acceptance of queens is considered a natural risk. This includes queens not being released from cages, as in most cases it is due to underlying colony issues such as weak hives, CBPV, or the presence of a virgin queen.
