Perfect for high-consumption needs, catering kitchens, or beekeepers replenishing their own supplies, our honey is the same high-quality product featured in our popular Hillside Honey jars.
Choose from Two Seasonal Crops:
🌸 Spring 2025 Honey SOLD OUT UNTIL JUNE 2026 (OSR / Hawthorn): Naturally set in texture, perfect for those who prefer a smooth, spreadable honey.
🌳 Summer 2025 Honey SOLD OUT UNTIL AUGUST 2026 (Lime Tree / Bramble / Clover): Typically runny, packed with delicate floral notes, ideal for drizzling or adding to recipes.
Both are bursting with flavour and crafted by our happy Gloucestershire bees. Please note, honey naturally granulates over time and may require gentle warming if you wish to decant it into smaller containers. We cannot guarantee it will remain runny.

🚚 Collection or Delivery: This is a collection-only listing, but postage can be manually arranged via DPD for approximately £15 per bucket (UK Mainland). We also offer pallet delivery (up to 36 buckets per pallet, 12 per row) – contact us for rates.
💰 Bulk Orders: For orders over 500kg, special rates are available – reach out for a custom quote.
Due to high demand, priority is given to our long-standing customers who pre-order months in advance. Honey crops vary year to year based on weather conditions. Once we’re sold out, we’ll restock with the next season’s harvest, assuming favourable conditions.
