GENERAL TERMS OF SALE – POLY EQUIPMENT
Prices quoted are true at the time of print, due to Brexit / Energy Crisis raw material prices are fluctuating on a daily basis. Should the price indicated change we will notify you in advance. Prices are quoted Ex & Inc VAT separately for the benefit of VAT registered customers. Prices quoted are valid for 7 days.
All of our products are UK Registered Designs with The Intellectual Property Office (IPO). Infringement of these will result in prosecution to obtain an injunction to prevent further infringement, payment of damages or an account of profits, payment of BS Honey Bees reasonable legal costs in dealing with this matter, and other remedies.
Product Availability: All of our products are held in stock but in limited quantities, in the event of large orders (depending on the time of year), we will quote an approximate lead time. We do not guarantee these dates and will not be held responsible for non-availability of our products.
Shipping: To be shipped on standard 1.00m x 1.20m Wooden Pallets shrink wrapped and corner protected. For transport we use an outside Pallet Network to deliver, any special delivery requirements (road restrictions, tail gate loader etc.) must be conveyed to us at the point of accepting this quotation. Any redelivery fees will be passed on if we are not notified in advance. Prices quoted are true at time of print however, the Pallet Network can change these prices at any time. Should the price indicated change we will notify you in advance. Once the pallet(s) have left our property we cannot be held responsible for any delay by the Pallet Network. Any issues with late delivery must be directed at the company directly. We must also unfortunately advise these are shipped on pallet networks at the risk of the customer unless Full Value Cover is purchased.
Payments: Payments must be made in advance by Bank Transfer before your order is packed / booked in for collection. Your quote has been provided to you on this basis and payment via Debit / Credit Card has not been factored into your quote. Please inform us if card payment is required to requote accordingly. All products remain property of BS Honey Bees until payment has been made in full.

Quality: Due to the soft properties of EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) and the steam moulding method used to create these products we must inform you that every box will have some sign of manufacturing marks, whether this be from ejecting from the tool onto the heavily padded conveyor belt or light marks from the core steam vents. These marks are unavoidable and will not impair use whatsoever. Any product with moulding filling issues and severe deep markings are kept aside. Please do not expect 100% blemish free from a product of this nature, whilst we strive to give you the highest quality product available to achieve 100% perfect product in EPS would mean high wastage. Not only is this very bad for the environment, but it is also not viable in business.
